"ALMAREX" LTD. was established in 1999 as a consulting company. It supports and motivates organisations from different backgrounds in the area of human resource development.
The company works in the following directions:
А. Develops, manages and participates as a team leader/coordinator in projects funded by the EU for Development and Training of the Human Factor: Operational Program "Human
resources development" 2007-2013 and 2014-2020; Develops, manages and participates as a team leader/coordinator in projects funded by the EU for Development and Training of
the Human Factor: Operational Program "Human Resources Development" 2007-2013 and 2014-2020; a rural development program has been developed and participated in a project
to build a guest house in a historic architectural reserve in the village of Brushlyan. The project follows authentic traditions of historical heritage from the 17th-18th centuries in this
region of Bulgaria.
B. Organizes and conducts training courses, workshops and coaching sessions for different target groups – adult educational teams from national and international companies, small and medium enterprises, start-ups and non-profit organisations. The training is focused on personal and career development by expanding professional qualification, optimizing organisational structure, focusing on acquiring specialised knowledge, and developing practical skills.
From 2007 to 2020, the firm has successfully helped 62 small and medium sized enterprises, non government organisations, and farmer groups to win € 15 million in funding from various national operational programs ("Human Resources Development", "Competitiveness", "Rural Development Program "). The main focus of these projects, led by experts at the company, are related to investment activities, staff training, presentation seminars and discussion meetings.
Internationally, Almarex acts as a contractor, along side partner firms, in projects that provide organisation and conduct of workshops, lectures and presentations in the field of organic agriculture, implementation of eco-standards, cultural and religious tourism, rural tourism and others. The target groups are representatives of the private sector, travel companies and agencies, bio-farms, local eco-organisations, and representatives of the countries participating in the respective programs (Hungary, Greece, Serbia, Romania, etc.).
